MATERIALS & AVAILABILITY: 

• All horsehair pieces are sourced ethically in the US and each piece is handmade in Los Angeles, CA. 
• All findings are sterling, gold fill and/or 14k gold plate. Solid gold available upon request and priced according to market value at time of order.
• Agate stones are all one-of-a-kind and will be in the same colour family but will not be identical. 

CUSTOM: 

• Have a horse/pony/steed/herd that you're close with? Perhaps a lock of hair with sentimental value? Well, we do custom work too, and its our favourite! Please contact directly and we'll let you know how it works! 

ORDERING: 

• Please allow one week for all orders to ship. 

SHIPPING: 

• At this time, we ship to the US only. However, contact directly if you need an item shipped outside the US- we'll make it work!
• All items ship USPS with tracking information provided once the item has shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

• Because each piece is made to order, all sales FINAL. 
• Returns will be considered on a case by case basis and only if the item has been grossly misrepresented. Which it won't be!
